pixelDiff ('Service') is a tool provided by pixelDiff ('Company') for comparing Figma designs with websites. These Terms govern your use of the Service and outline the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both the Company and users.
You must sign in with a Figma account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information and may not transfer or share your account with others.
Pro plan is available as a monthly subscription ($4.99/month) or lifetime license ($99.99). Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month. Unless cancelled before the renewal date, your registered payment method will be charged automatically.
New users are offered a free trial period. A payment method is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription. You may cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.
Full refunds are available within 7 days of subscription start. After 7 days, pro-rated refunds are provided for the remaining period. Lifetime licenses can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact contact@turtle-tail.com.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you can continue using the Service until the end of your current billing period. You can cancel through the settings page or by contacting contact@turtle-tail.com.
You must use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service for illegal activities, infringing on others' rights, or threatening system security. The Company may restrict access for users who violate these rules.
The Service, related software, and content are the intellectual property of the Company. You retain rights to content you upload or create through the Service.
The Service is provided 'as is'. The Company's liability for service interruptions, errors, or data loss is limited to the extent permitted by law. The Company's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
The Company may modify these Terms as needed. We will notify you of changes through the Service or email in advance. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you may discontinue using the Service.
